This building was connected during Defects and Liability Period. It greatly assisted management to guide contractors to the most important and critical issues whilst managing new tenants to the buildings. Contractors could be more accurate and faster to resource issues, which pleased them. Initially 2 FM’s were responsible for the site and now just one takes care of the asset.

Melbourne Commercial building

This building was connected 3 years after completion. The platform and software was deployed via virtual PC’s, there was no hardware required for this installation. It greatly assisted onsite management to take care of prioritise issues and to delegate to contractors the most important and critical issues whilst managing new tenants to the buildings. Contractors could be more accurate and faster to resource issues, which pleased them. A large team sits onsite to manage the extended complex and senior management are using the data and system to review the deployment of resources and how to best utilise this data to service tenants in a better and more streamlined way.

Hong Kong Baptist University

Innovation in Hong Kong and China in the built environment has exploded over the past 5 years. The University is a relatively mixed facility with old and new systems and in desperate need of a data aggregation platform which could utilize AI to push real time insights and help reduce operation costs for the entire facility whilst maintaining or reducing the number of staff carrying out the facility management.

China’s Huawei Technologies is the largest telecommunications-equipment manufacturer in the world, with production and development centers in more than a dozen countries. One of its newest facilities, located in Dongguan, China, is being built as a collection of replicas of European landmarks. The 3.5-square-mile Ox Horn research and development campus is being developed as 12 separate “towns,”. The Ox Horn campus is designed to accommodate 25,000 employees, and is connected by private trams and trains to other nearby Huawei campuses and to company housing in Shenzhen.
