AdOPT AI has been successful with it’s bid to provide it’s IoT platform to the One Melbourne Quarter facility. This is a new 26,313 square meter  Grade A building. We are delighted to be working with JLL and the Lend Lease team to bring Artificial Intelligence and big data innovation into this modern facility. In time we will achieve significant efficiencies leading to a lighter carbon footprint, increased returns, better tenant experience and a new way of managing large facilities.
